Not 10 minutes after closing my eyes, I had a revelation, "This is crazy!" I said to myself out loud. "I must look like an idiot."
|Ironically, now many years later, meditation has become part of my daily routine. As Dan Harris points out in his book, it's probably made me at least 10% happier.|
